ACCU-PRINT PP Series Overview
SYNEO’s PP400 Automated Pad Printing System integrates the core functionality of SYNEO’s Accu-Feed, Accu-Test and Accu-Bin product families with the pad printing capabilities of an Autotran AT-360 Servo Pad Printer.
The PP400’s feeding and binning system creates opportunities for autonomous feeding into the printing process as well as pass/fail inspection diverting systems, collaborative robot relationships, and injection molding pin mounting applications while the PP400’s vision inspection system allows for quality assessments of holes, marker bands, tip profiles and printed text or feature verification.
