In addition to equipment design & manufacturing, glebar provides production grinding service using Glebar equipment.Our engineers and grinding department have served multiple industries for decades developing experimental components in addition to long range production of parts. This function has helped Glebar develop and maximize the grinding process for our customers by experimenting with tooling designs and wheel grades dependant to part geometric and material specifications. Spherical or cylindrical parts varying from the size of a bowling bowl to a 0.002" diameter guide wire can be formed from a multitude of materials at high production rates to close tolerances. Our collaboration with our customers is subject to non disclosure agreements on request.
