Product Summary
Built to end grind cylindrical components, the double disk grinder consists of two adjustable grinding wheels mounted on slides, and a stepper motor driven parts carrier which shuttles the parts through the grinding wheels. This machine is meant for components which have a tight tolerance on perpendicularity.
The machine is bowl fed, a vacuum loader and unloader insures very high production rates.
Typical components manufactured are carbide drill blanks for circuit board drills.
